When navigating possible hurdles such as infertility, pregnancy loss, traumatic birth experiences, postpartum mental health challenges, couple/marriage concerns, and parenting matters, having a lifeline is truly needed. Having a dedicated space to process the very real challenges and celebrate the wins (both big and small!) is integral to creating a balanced and realistic parental experience that feels right for you. I am passionate about empowering and supporting individuals, couples, and families as they persevere through the peaks and valleys of the pregnancy and parenting journey.
My name is Amanda and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, supervised by Lisa Bertelle, LMFT. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families typically utilizing a relational approach and attachment-based orientation. The most important factors to me within the therapeutic relationship are authenticity and safety, so I will always strive to facilitate an open and transparent style of communication that is going to have a lasting impact.
As a mom to a three-year-old rainbow girl, I know how messy, wild, sticky, loud, giggly, confusing, and complicated life can be. I want your time with me to be valuable, realistic, and meaningful. While at times I might have a tough-love style, tough-love still does the heart a world of good! I can't wait to get to know you better!
