"Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It is about learning how to dance in the rain.”

The process of becoming or trying to become a parent can bring a roller coaster of emotions such as exhaustion, joy, anxiety, loneliness, fear, uncertainty, depression, feelings of inadequacy, loss of identity among others. These emotions sometimes meet with trauma, grief, loss, and many other challenging life transitions. Nobody should go through a parenting journey without support, and considering therapy is a brave step, I admire your courage and I will be honored to join you in this journey. I am committed to supporting families and individuals throughout their journey of healing and self-exploration.

I have 20 years of experience working in the mental health field, as a therapist, and as a consultant. I am certified in Expressive Arts Psychotherapy and as a Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Counselor in the State of California. I have a particular interest, but not limited, in working with clients experiencing attachment difficulties, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, prenatal and postnatal mental health, infertility, pregnancy loss, parenting challenges, positive discipline, immigration & acculturation, survivors of violence (emotional, physical, sexual, financial), self-esteem, grief & loss, relationship issues.

When I am not at work, I love dancing, spending time with my kids and partner outdoors, listening to music and podcasts, going out with friends, and watching movies. I look forward to connecting with you and working together!
